The newest cataract surgery advancement, Dropless Cataract Surgery™, is now available at Eye Clinic of Austin. Dropless Cataract Surgery is a new treatment option that reduces or eliminates the need for patients to administer pricey prescription eye drops 3-4 weeks after the surgery.
